- A First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) undergraduate degree in Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Building Technology or other related disciplines.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, LayOut, Revit Architecture and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Technical knowledge of national building and planning codes, as well as a basic understanding of civil, electrical and mechanical engineering systems.
- Ability to work on multiscalar projects independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional experience writing, presenting and graphically communicating ideas.
