• At least a Master's Degree (with Distinction or Merit) in Architecture, Environmental Design or other related subjects.
• Valid registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).
• Work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
• Proficiency in using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional knowledge of any good rendering software like Lumion and 3Ds Max is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from conceptual development to completion; delivering high-quality, innovative and functional designs.
• Detailed understanding of national or local building codes and safety/regulations standards.
