• At least a Master's Degree (Distinction or Merit) in Architecture, Environmental Design or other related subjects.  Additional certificates or short courses in Creative Design, Project Management or Urban Planning are an advantage but not compulsory.
• Valid registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, LayOut, Revit Architecture and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Good knowledge of the phases of project design and construction in addition to the national building or planning codes.
• Proficiency in using rendering software such as Lumion, Blender or 3Ds Max.
