Job Brief

We are looking for an Urban Designer who will collaboratively carry out design, research and development activities alongside managing social media accounts of the office. The goal is to utilize existing research skills, develop new knowledge on African urbanism and create value for new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • A First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Environmental Design and other related fields.
  • A Master's degree (Distinction or Merit) is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • At least 2 years of work experience post-graduation or National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of software such as SketchUp, Rhino, ArcGIS/QGIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
  • Ability to make high-quality graphics, diagrams, maps, and sketches with applicable software.
  • Experience meeting with officials, presenting new plans and working in a group or without supervision.
