Muhammad Shettima studied Architecture at the Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri. He later acquired two Certificates in Computer Application and AUTO CADD 2D Design. Between 2017 and 2020, he worked at Albaytrex Construction Company and Fan-Mai Building Company during which he oversaw the construction of estates, hotels and schools in Yobe and Borno State. Working between ACID (the R&D arm of RUBAN Office) and RUBAN, he leads fieldwork and supervises construction projects in various area councils in Maiduguri.
