Yùsúf Zainab Bùkọ́lá is a Lecturer I at the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID). She studied Veterinary Medicine specialising in Anaesthesiology at UNIMAID. She has conducted enumeration activities and supervised projects such as the Polio Eradication Initiative (PEI) and the National Stop Transmission of Polio Myelitis. She is a registered member of the Veterinary Council of Nigeria and the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association. At ACID, she assesses opportunities and approaches to strengthen animal and human health activities across local government areas in Borno state collaboratively.
