YesChilli is an organisation that aims to produce indigenous high quality, near organic consumables for the Nigerian market in traditional and non-traditional ways. Engaging the research and practice experts at the African Contemporary Institute of Design (ACID) to scale up this dream in terms of overall identity, production, and sales was imperative.
Our brief project outline indicated the need to create plan to that evolved from deep dives into the company history, product direction, staff strength and roles and sales history as well as consumer insights to create value proposition and plan that is achievable and pragmatic.
Taking a multidisciplinary approach marketing, finance analysis, branding, design, business administration and management, ACID anticipates the successful actualisation within three years.
